EvolutionNo9 - a program which follows - from the technical side - the genetic algroithm paradigma.

In the current state EvolutionNo9 is designed as a plugin for the Gamestudio engine, but since it covers an overall problematic, there will be a dll which makes it useful as a general problem solver.
